The live webinars we run

An array of webinars covering a multitude of topics and demonstrations.  Some of them have specialist guests such as bariatric surgeons, bariatric dieticians and even physical trainers that have experience in working with obese people and don't freak you out with boot camp style regimes.    All of them include a Q & A session to give you the opportunity to get your specific questions addressed
